This is just one of the many shelters we have opened across western North Carolina and the Southeast. In some of the hardest hit areas that are accessible, dozens of Red Cross emergency response vehicles are distributing meals, water and critical relief supplies. Each day, we are working tirelessly to reach more neighborhoods as conditions improve. We know connectivity is a challenge in many areas, but we encourage you to visit one of our shelters to receive help, grab a meal and relief supplies and other support. You can locate them by: - Downloading our Emergency app. - Visiting redcross.org/shelters. - Calling 1-800-RED CROSS (800-733-2767). - Following your local Red Cross on social media: @RedCrossNC @RedCrossSC @RedCrossNorthFL @SFLRedCross @GeorgiaRedCross @RedCrossTN @VARedCross #HurricaneHelene #Helene #RedCross #DisasterRecovery #DisasterRelief #Perry #Florida #Augusta #Georgia #SouthCarolina #Asheville #NorthCarolina #Tennessee
