Marry Me Chicken Recipe Penne Pasta Chicken cutlets Flour 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp basil RPF to taste 2 spoonfuls of sun dried tomatoes 1 C chicken broth 1 C heavy cream 1/4 C Parmesan 1/4 C Pecorino Romano Knob of butter Reserved Pasta water Directions: Chicken cutlets floured and seasoned with S&P I threw in some Cajun seasoning as well. Pan fry chicken cutlets and remove. Deglaze pan with chicken broth, reduce heat to low add in cream, spices, sun dried tomatoes and cheese. Thicken to your liking. Add in pasta and some reserved pasta water. Top with parsley and Parmesan.
