SPF is my BFF. Friends don't let friends go to the beach without packing sunscreen. You should wear it every day to reduce your risk of skin cancer. Grab sunscreen listed as "broad-spectrum," which protects against UVA and UVB rays. These are types of ultraviolet radiation from the sun that can damage skin and lead to skin cancer. Make sure it has an SPF of 15 or higher. And check the expiration date! The FDA requires sunscreen to be at its original strength for at least 3 years. If you have sunscreen older than that, it's best to get rid of it. #Sunscreen #SunScreenEveryday #SunSafety #RedCrossHistory #Archives
