Ananya Uddanti is crushing the preparedness game. 🔥 As president of the Red Cross Club at her high school in Little Rock, Arkansas, she is driving resiliency in her community. Ananya started her volunteer journey supporting our Missing Maps project, which helps connect people in hard to reach areas to disaster relief. Now, she prepares families for emergencies and even serves as a Red Cross Youth Field Ambassador for RedCrossMO and ArkRedCross. Being on the ground in her local neighborhoods makes Ananya feel most connected to the Red Cross mission. She helps install free smoke alarms in homes through our Sound the Alarm events and educates kids about home fire safety through our Prepare with Pedro program.
