Meet an ambitious young humanitarian, Paru Nair. 👋🏾 She initially joined RedCrossLA nearly four years ago, driven by her interest in the medical field. But what ultimately inspired her to continue with the Red Cross was the compassionate community she was building. "I've learned so much from my teammates over the years and feel incredibly thankful that I’ve had the opportunity to engage with our youth community," Paru said. Throughout her volunteer journey, Paru has gained hands-on learning experience about disaster preparedness, response and recovery. Today, she is a program coordinator for her youth team.
