Throwback to Week 2 of the CTWBLL - Leadership Player of the Week - current Notre Dame commit Jeremy Hopsicker making halftime adjustments with Westminster Team. One of the top benefits of the league is the peer to peer leadership opportunities that are facilitated. Without their high school coaches, players have the chance to step up and self-coach & monitor their team. Our professional 3d NE South staff is there to help & motivate, make teaching points when necessary. Leaders are not born, they are built 🧱 jerhop1 westminster_school_athletics ndlacrosse #tbt #fightingirish #graceandgrit #leadershipdevelopment #ctwbll #getbetter #trainharder #playbox #3ddifference
