How to shoot silhouettes!! Tips from an amateur so don’t come after me🥴😅 Shoot at dusk or even early in the morning when the sun is low in the sky. Shoot in an open area where the background is clear from distractions. I shot in my field where the background was open, I was up on top of our hill while my husband shot from below me. This helps the subject to be in the light of the sky! Shoot in manual mode! If you have no idea how to shoot that way, here are some suggested settings! (Lots of great tips on Google if you are needing more help, that’s where I learned🤪 ) Shutter speed 1/125 or higher (Mine 1/500) F stop 8.0 or larger (Mine 5.6) ISO as low as possible Mine 100 Let me know if you want an editing tutorial!
