[RECIPE] Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Dip 🧀🔥 [RECIPE BELOW] 1️⃣ Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté 3–5 cloves of minced garlic until fragrant. 2️⃣ Add 6 oz spinach, one handful at a time, letting it wilt before adding more. 3️⃣ Once fully wilted, remove from heat and mix in 8 oz softened cream cheese until creamy and fully incorporated. 4️⃣ Stir in 1/4 cup mayo, 2/3 cup grated Parmesan, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup gouda, pepper, and cayenne to taste. Mix until smooth. 5️⃣ Fold in 1 (14 oz) can drained artichoke hearts (chop more if you like). 6️⃣ Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Optional: mix in and also top with extra cheese because… obviously. 7️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
