Season chicken separately with whatever you’d like. I used, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic & onion powder, and pepper flakes 2.) Add chicken, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 chopped shallot,and 30grams of cream cheese/30 grams of shallot and chive cheese, add to an oven, safe pan. Season veggies with whatever you’d like along with some olive oil 3.) Bake at 385 degrees for 12-15 mins. Put water to boil. 4.) Add pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes. Combine all ingredients (Optional: I added a little pasta water to the dish as well) season to taste. (Can be served hot or cold) 5.) Consume within 3-5 days
