Need an idea for your next self care day or even some R&R with that special someone? I got you! ✨💙 📍 city.cave.southlake 🧖🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♂️ We recently got to experience one of the most refreshing days of our lives and it happened here in DFW! City Cave is a float and wellness spa originally founded in Australia (the more you know) and they specialize in float therapy, sauna, and massage services, making it the perfect place for a complete reset day! With celebrating our anniversary, we figured why not try something new and different, and it was MAGICAL! The sauna allowed us to reconnect, listen to good tunes, while also pouring back into each other and our bodies! Now the float was next level! 2,000lbs of epsom salt + magnesium allows for you to fully defy gravity while in the water! It was as if all of the weight my body was carrying from everything was lifted! Truly a magical experience! I highly recommend for your next R&R day! 💙🧖🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♂️ #spaday #dallasspa #dallastx #dal...
