It’s time for chocolate and butternut squash cake 🍫❤️🎃 Let’s prepare it right away with @daniele rossi and @Silvia Barban ’s incredible recipe with the magical touch of @Caputo Flour 🍂😍 Ingredients: 135g of sugar 250g of Baking Mulino Caputo flour 170g of butter Half butternut squash 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder 3 large eggs 110g of dark chocolate chips 2 tablespoons of rum A pinch of salt A pinch of cinnamon 1g of vanilla 1 packet of baking powder 125g of milk or alternatively water Beat the eggs with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add the sifted baking powder and mix, then add the sifted flour in batches and mix well to avoid lumps. Don’t worry if the batter looks quite coarse. With the last addition of flour, gradually add the milk, mixing everything together.
