#transformationtuesday from #npcmidillinois2015 to #NpcIllinoisState2015 ! Judges comments were that I needed to be a little learner and tighter in the legs so you better believe I worked my ass off to do so!!! My amazing friend chrischromek helped me with my diet and peak week for the second show and I'm so happy with how much he helped me! He definitely knows what he's talking about. #RIVALUS #RIVALUSNATION #exercise #abs #inspire #motivate #fitness #shredded #workout #gymfreak #bikinibooty #npcbikini #npc #fitnessaddict #bodybuilding #fitspo #shesquatsbro #squat #fitnessfemale #fitfuel #followme #fitnessjourney #instagrambodybuilding
