This prep I did everything on my own. I didn't have anyone help me with my diet, workout, or posing. I mean, I even did my own hair, makeup and nails! I'm pretty sure I am one of the few that can say that coming into a show these days... I do think a coach would have helped but for some of the competitors out there spending sooo much $$$ it is possible to do your own prep with the right research! My posing was definitely rushed but this show I can say my confidence level on stage was 50 times better and I couldn't be happier!!!
