MAKING ICONIC FAIR FOODS 💖 When I go to the State Fair of Texas there’s only one thing on my mind: FOOD. So I’m going to learn how to make 4 iconic fair foods with the experts themselves. Starting at Han Mueller I made their GIANT turkey leg which is so tender it completely comes off the bone. Then I headed to Fernie’s to make the ORIGINAL funnel cake. Fernie’s has been doing this for years so there’s no better spot, and who knows maybe you’ll get Avon’s soecial Texas edition. There’s nothing like a Fletcher’s Corny Dog at the State Fair of Texas. I was able to make their Original as well as their BRAND NEW chocolate one which just won at the Big Tex Choice Awards. Drizzle Cheesecakes is so stranger to the Big Tex Choice Awards as well. I’m making their Biscoff Delight which also won a few years ago but they also have a new flavor Berry Me in Matcha which won this year and don’t sleep on their new Banana Pudding flavor if you’re a banana fan.
