DUBAI CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 💖 My dad saw a random TikTok of someone eating these and naturally I had to make it for him. I used a boxed brownie mix to make it easy on myself but you can use any brownie recipe you like! I also used 6.5 ounces of pistachio cream and 6 ounces of kataifi. Next time I might double it to make that layer a little thicker but I’m just greedy! The ganache is just a one to one ratio of chocolate and heavy cream. I definitely recommend letting this set for a few hours or overnight in the fridge for best results!
