Have you ever dreamed about petting and feeding a giraffe right from your room?! 🦒 📍Oak Meadow Ranch Just north of Dallas you can live your wildest safari dreams at this, not only fun but educational, ranch! We chose to stay in one of their Airbnbs which gave us an upfront and center view of Puzzles the giraffe! 🦒 We also booked their animal experience and dinner! Kristen one of the ranch’s owners introduced herself before the tour and explain the ranch’s efforts for conservation. I was happy to learn that Oak Meadow Ranch does not take animals from the wild nor do they alter the animals in anyway with things like declawing or defanging. 💖 Some of the animals we met during our tour included lemurs, kangaroos, otters, exotic cats and more! 🦥🦊 we were guided by multiple staff the whole time to make sure that not only we were safe but also the animals were safe!
