Trim the sides of carrot sticks so the end comes to more of a pointed shape like a carrot. 2. Gently add a few ridges into the cheese with a knife. 3. Poke a hole into the top of the cheese stick with a toothpick 4. Right before serving - Add the parsley stem into the cheese 5.
