I hope you like it!  SKINNY CHICKEN RANCH DIP ⤵️ 1 package Spatchcock chicken 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt ½ cup small curd cottage cheese 1 package Ranch seasoning (1 oz) 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cracked pepper Instant Pot: • Place a trivet in the Instant Pot internal pot then add the Spatchcock chicken.
