It’s aubergine season and I visited @Nettles and Petals to pick up some from his incredible garden and turn them into some banging crunchy rolls! ROLLS 🍘 •Aubergine •p.based mince meat •p.based baby bell •tomato sauce •salt & spices •frying oil TEMPURA🥣 •100g x flour •1 tsp x backing powder •1/2 cup (or a bit more) p.b milk •salt •pepper •breadcrumbs 📖 Instruction -Cut the aubergine in long thin slices -mix the mince meat with a bit of tomato sauce and spices and blend well until you’ll have a sticky mix -spread the mince meat mix on the aubergine slice top it up with cheese and roll it tightly -prepare the tempura mixing all the ingredients apart from the breadcrumbs -dip the aubergine roll in the tempura and then in the bread crumbs -deed fry it in oil until golden #fyp #foryoupage #contentcreator #aubergine #eggplant #melanzane #cooking #food #foodtiktok #Recipe #plantbased #homecooking #foodasmr
