We grow crops vertically on aeroponic towers outdoors year-round by rotating crop varieties according to seasons. As long as winter temperatures remain above 0°C (32°F) and summer temperatures stay below 40°C (104°F), continuous production is possible by selecting crops adapted to those conditions. Intermittent irrigation keeps plant roots suspended in air for 80% of the time, providing constant oxygen availability at the root level which significantly improves nutrient uptake. We plant each tower as a monocrop so all plants share the same growth cycle, allowing synchronized maturity, full-tower harvests, and maximum yield efficiency. #farming #agriculture #gardening #aeroponics #vegetables
