Vertical farming with aeroponic towers makes growing crops very simple. You can grow hundreds of different crops with just one nutrient mix and one irrigation schedule. The towers irrigate the plants for 3 minutes on, and 12 minutes off, which means the roots spend 80% of the time hanging in the air. This increases oxygen availability to the roots, improving nutrient absorption and helping plants grow stronger, faster, and bigger. As the plants are being irrigated, they only absorb what they need from the ionic mineral nutrient solution which provides all the essential minerals and trace elements for healthy plant growth. #farming #agriculture #gardening #horticulture #aeroponics #hydroponics #vegetables #soilless
