We’re vertically farming tomatoes using 4 aeroponic towers, with each tower holding 9 plants, amounting to a total of 36 tomato plants. To support the weight of the vines, we built a custom grow cage structure and practice progressive pruning to manage growth and maximize yield. From the day we transplanted the seedlings, it took 77 days until we harvested the tomatoes. We're growing Sakura tomatoes, an indeterminate variety known for its heavy yields. To prevent root overcrowding and system clogging, we plant only one tomato per growing level.
