Lemon balm (Melissa) is a fragrant herb belonging to the mint family and is known for its calming effects. It can be grown in many different growing conditions and even flourishes in humid conditions. It is also a natural pest repellant, deterring pests like mosquitoes and gnats. For the best flavor and aroma, harvest leaves just before flowering, when the essential oils are at their peak. #lemonbalm #herbs #farming #agriculture #gardening #aeroponics #hydroponics #soilless
