š„ HEREāS WHAT I DO EVERY DAY
As you know by now, Iāve worked in corporate my entire life. I was born and raised in a tiny town in Germany, where fitting in meant minding a lot about what others thought of me.
So, this was anything but natural for me. š
Hereās what I do every single day to mind my own business and not worry about all the other opinions out there:
I have a pretty strict morning routine, which includes connecting with my highest self and my dream life vision.
That means I remind myself of who I am, what I want, what Iām grateful for, and whatās important to me before anyone else tries to influence me.
This is literally the first thing I do in the morningāno phone time, no thoughts from anyone but my own.
This little success routine has helped me so much in setting the tone for the rest of the day, focusing on my goals and putting everything else into perspective.
Are you struggling with the fear of what others might think of you?
