What a weekend! Yesterday I got to help promote sun safety at Wrigley field with cubs hosting the braves for a 3 game series. We gave away 40k sunscreen samples. thedermchicago Dr. Amy Brodsky organized an amazing event. She founded the Be a Sun Hero Program to help educate kids especially to wear sunscreen. I got to walk onto the field pre-game with doctoriansmith for the first pitch and watch jameishatrice do an amazing rendition of the national anthem. Met the owner of the cubs and watch the game from the owners suite. To top it off the cubs came away with the win. This was all incredibly fun, but I’m proud to help spread awareness of sun safety. Using sunscreen decreases your risk of skin cancer, premature aging, and sunburn.
