Three years ago, @schuyler.j was one of thousands evacuating his Santa Rosa, California home in the dead of night due to the threat of fires. On August 17th, 2020 lightning strikes started hundreds of fires across northern California, and over 1 million acres have burned since. This is #climatechange in action: record high temperatures and drought conditions fuel these fires. In Schuyler's #VotelessNotVoiceless video, he shares his story about California's wildlfires and reminds us that we need to elect officials who take our climate emergency seriously. Follow our new @votelessnotvoiceless campaign to hear the stories of other "voteless" youth from around the country about environmental issues that impact their future.
