🦆"What the Duck?" by Jessica X. (Age 18, California) uses humor to bring attention to a serious problem: the effects of plastic pollution on birds. . But there is a lot you can do to protect our birds from plastic! Your role in the solution is simple: use less plastic. While new technology is needed to clean up the tons of plastic already in our ocean, you can help by participating in a local cleanup, picking up litter when you see it on the ground, and refusing single-use plastic items whenever possible. . . . #bird #birds #duck #ducks #plasticpollution #marinedebris #plasticpollutes #plasticocean #plasticfreeocean #endplasticpollution #plasticfree #zerowaste #noplasticplease #plasticfreeforthesea #plastickills #oceanart #oceanawareness #biodiversity #blueplanet #birdsofinstram #birdlovers #birdstagram #birdsofinsta #birds_o...
