bouse_house Instagram Takeover 🎨 Aurora Delaney’s Bodhisattva, Be With The Narwhalrus: “The subject of my piece is a mythical creature that I created called a Narwhalrus, which is just the mix between a walrus and a narwhal. I chose it because I draw a narwalrus as a method to calm or relax myself when I’m feeling stressed out, and painting such a goofy-looking creature always seems to make my worries disappear in that moment. Since the narwhalrus is a personal symbol for relaxation and positivity, I cut out and glued various types of texts, either positive or negative in context, surrounding the creature. Also it represents that sometimes you can’t take life so seriously and we need to take a break to enjoy the things that makes us smile or laugh.” . . . #art #highschoolart #arted #artsed #arteducation #youthartmonth #youthart #visualartsedmatters #apart #painting #artclass #artstudio #artwork #arteducator #artteacher #santamonica #samohi #california #narwhal #walrus #collage #mixedm...
