Hello! This is Amy Bouse, AP Art Teacher at Santa Monica High School (SAMOHI). My art students and I bouse_house are taking over the Bow Seat feed this week! . We are a large public school that is old (for California). Our student body of 3,000 is diverse culturally, economically, and academically. Our school is 6 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. . This is a typical scene in my Painting class. Students created a collage and are in the process of transforming that reference into a painting. This class is 9-12th grade. We will also feature work from AP Art, 10th-12th grade.
