A man in Fairfield, Connecticut, was killed after a tree limb fell on his car as a result of severe storms that hit the state hard, and have left thousands without power. And a woman apparently drowned while paddleboarding in the waters off Seaview, Fire Island. Suffolk County was hit the hardest with tens of thousands without power at the height of the storm.
