Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman's wife, Emma Coronel Aispuro leaves court on Tuesday afternoon, hours after a federal jury convicted the former leader of the Siniloa drug cartel of 10 federal drug and conspiracy charges. Aispuro, a former beauty queen, has been a fixture in the three-month trial, and was even accused during testimony of helping to orchestrate one of Guzman's multiple prison breaks in Mexico. Beforehand, Guzman and Aispuro both watched as the judge read the verdict in the case. When the jurors were discharged and Guzman stood to leave the courtroom, the couple traded thumbs-ups.
