#HaydenPanettiere‘s official cause of death has been revealed. The actress, known for her roles in #Heroes, #RemembertheTitans and more, died at 36 on Sunday, Aug. 16 in South Carolina. On Tuesday, Sept. 22, the Greenville County Coroner’s office confirmed her death has been ruled as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine.
