A cause of death for #EmilieKiser‘s son, #triggered , has been determined over one year after the 3-year-old tragically died. According to the Maricopa County medical examiner’s report released on Tuesday, Aug. 25, Trigg died of anoxic brain injury due to drowning. His manner of death is listed as an accident.
