Our Shea Better™ Sustainability Program debuted in 2019 with the goal of supporting the African women who harvest our shea while protecting the ecosystem. We've impacted the lives of more than 1,200 women, and we're still going strong! For 2020, we've evolved our program with efforts focused across 8 different villages outside the Mole National Park in Northern Ghana. The program focuses on 4 pillars, including: better storage, better transport, better fuel-efficiency, and better processing.
