Congrats to the incredible TOP 10 of the 3rd Annual Quest + NASM_FITNESS 90 Day Transformation Challenge! Some of the unforeseen changes the contestants faced included their gyms closing, limited to their homes, and no face-to-face time between trainer and client. Eighty nine (89) #NASM Certified Personal Trainers & client pairs made it to the final round at the end! Finalists were selected by the NASM Master Instructors based on % of weight loss or gained relative to starting weight and overall body transformation. • We will be announcing the winning team in the near future.
