I have a background in dance and graduated in 2016 with my BFA from Oakland University. I am a certified yoga instructor through Yoga International, and have my YTT 200 hours as well as certifications in Meditation & Breath Work. I was on the Inaugural Detroit Lions Cheerleading team which was an amazing experience and helped me grow as a performer. My drive for movement is something that has always been a part of me!
