I was once a corporate girlie but that soon changed once I realized that my passion was helping women feel their absolute best IN & OUT of the gym. My love for the business started about 3 years ago when I was personal training out of my husbands hockey training facility on Saturday’s & Sunday’s [yes I was working my full-time corporate job during this]. Fast forward 2 years later, I transformed my garage into a gym!!! It wasn’t anything crazy, just a couple dumbbells & benches but hey it got the job done!
