I absolutely love being a nurse! My passion for fitness actually came from working in the ER. I saw so many people in poor health because, they did not take care of themselves and I vowed to never take my body for granted. I have a love for educating, so it came natural to help teach others how to care for themselves physically and mentally. My goal at BFF as a cycling coach is to help everyone feel good not only on the outside, but on the inside too! Let’s go!!🧡” #beyondfitnessfamily #cyclingcoach #cycling #newclassescomingsoon #shelbytwpmi #shelbytwpmichigan #allwomensgym #womenonly #metrodetroitgym #metrodetroit #girlswhoworkout #girlswhocycletogether
