A delicious snack of mine. For numerous health benefits and just because this fruit is so damn pretty. Dragonfruit, although beautiful and vibrant, tend to be quite bland in flavour. But I’ve managed to make this glorious superfood even more special by adding freshly squeezed orange and orange zest, lime zest and topped with copious amounts of beautiful popping spheres of finger lime giving it a glorious bouquet and texture of citrus. On top of that I’ve added flakey sea salt crushed with native pepper berry to bring out the natural sweetness of the fruit.
