I’m always excited for tomato season. In all of its forms. A simple salad of raw and sweet heirloom tomatoes with asparagus, seaweed and pepper berry vinaigrette and the other with a half of an heirloom tomato slightly smoked over the fire and served chilled with fresh sea urchin from Tasmania, finger lime and society garlic.
