Chef José Andrés was on the Hilltop yesterday, working with his nonprofit organization — wckitchen — to serve thousands of meals to those aboard the Grand Princess cruise ship docked in Oakland. Andrés is a Michelin Star chef, one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People,” and was named the 2018 Humanitarian of the Year by the beardfoundation.
