Mike’s Underground Pizza! Have you heard of Mike’s? Have you sent a text to unlock the secret? Have you met one of their black tie clad team members in a classified spot to pick up your order? If not, you’re missing out - big time!!! Mike’s Underground Pizza exploded in the last few years. This ghost kitchen has become the hottest ticket on Long Island and after trying a slice you can absolutely see why. Our first experience with them was in May 2020 when - for my birthday - (after eating only home cooked meals for 3 months) I dreamed of the perfect Italian feast. Their Vodka Sicilian pie made me cry. It was so good. It was perfection. I’m not joking. Their chicken parm - incredible (we ordered one for reserve that went right into the freezer), and their penne vodka - molto bene!
