Happy Pesach! My favorite meal all week? MATZAH PIZZA! I love doing all kinds of fun toppings including my favorite of all - @acmesmokedfish lox! Not only is it delicious but it reminds me of my first time having lox on pizza - while studying abroad in Seville, Spain at San Marco Santa Cruz - which is an Italian restaurant in an ancient Jewish mikvah!
