💚🖤🩷 N E O N T A S S E L S 💚🖤🩷 Some behind the scenes of making neon tassels for jumbos this weekend. Its going to be a fun install 😎 Making tassels is so satisfying. I cut my tassels as thin as possible these days which helps make them super fluffy 🩷 . . . . . . #neonballoons #neonparty #balloontassel #jumboballoons #heliumballoons🎈 #tissuepapertassels #balloondecorator #montcoballoons #buckscountyballoons #phillyballoons
