So instead of using a cloud balloon I decided to use bubble balloons stuffed with poly fill and cloud printed latex balloons. I really like how the clear balloons looked but let me tell you it was actually the biggest pain to get that poly fill in there. I think because I was only using 10” clear balloons the opening was pretty small and made it a very frustrating process. I attach my foil numbers to the pole using an outdoor hook. Sometimes they don’t stick to the paint that is used on foil balloons. I always carry alcohol prep pads in my install kit.
