🎾 The Tennis Serve 🎾 Many say it’s the most important shot of the game. I’ve been working so hard to improve mine- using big motions, turning the shoulders, trophy position, loading my legs, making sure the toss is right…. I could go on and on! 🎾Making sure I get the toss right is the first thing I need to do to ensure I follow the right technique, releasing the ball above shoulder height in J shape helps me load my legs to push up and hit as high as possible with a straight arm. It’s a work in progress for me. I love how there is always so much room for improvement in this sport! My next goal is to get more of a jump in my serve… stay tuned 😆 #tuesdayisfortennis #tennis #tennisplayer #tennisfashion #tennistips #tennisserve #servepractice #trophyposition #alotennis #niketennis #lululemon #alo #atp #wta #tennismeme #tennistips #tennisoutfit #tennisskirt #tennisdress #tennisshoes #tennisladies #tennistime #tenniscourt #ourdoortennis #tennislove #tennisfan #springfashion #tenniss...
