I've worked my booty off my whole life. My parents had 6 kids so my mama would tell me "If you want something go out and work for it." So I did. I drove the family van to work until I saved up enough money to buy myself a car. I paid for my tuition for college every year. I moved my whole life to Texas where I had no friends and family to pursue opportunity. When I got to Texas I bought a dodge neon cash that I described as "Christmas" lol. When I turned the key all the lights came on that basically said DANGER DO NOT DRIVE 😂 But hey I got a good deal on it and I was grateful to have a car to get to work and school. At one point I juggled 4 jobs (barista, receptionist, convention center, construction). I never asked for help or a handout. I wanted to do it all on my own. Fast forward to today...I was able to buy my dream car.
