Top 5 in Bikini Class A at my first NPC show! 🏆 So happy I brought home some hardware but doing one of these shows is so much more than that. I met these girls that have worked so hard changing their body and life for the better. I met such inspiring athletes such as moms that wanted to do it for their kids, college students that wanted to lift instead of drink, and girls that did it because they loved the positive environment. Such a great experience. #LifeChanged #PhilHeathIsNext #CantWait #LetTheBulkingBegin #SomeoneBringMeDonuts Bikini: lidia_gurley Photo taken by will_koz
