Per the latest campus update from Dr. Pope, VP for Student Life the following will be effective Monday, Sept. 14: - Campus study spaces in residential areas are eligible to be opened. - Dining rooms will be opened with strict adherence to safety guidelines. - Colleges and departments can begin to host in-person events that follow the previous limitations for a maximum of 50 people inside and 100 people outside. Events must be submitted for approval through the appropriate VP or dean’s office. - Students who live in the same residence hall may visit each other’s rooms, provided: (1) masks are worn; (2) social distancing is strictly observed; and (3) each resident is limited to one guest at a time. Social distancing, mask wearing, and other health and safety protocols must be strictly observed in all of these environments. Student-organized gatherings and events remain prohibited at this time.
