A good friend once asked me what I find more attractive, courage or confidence? At the time, after thinking about it briefly I said courage, but it wasn’t until more recently I truly understood my answer (which further enforced it). . Having courage is so attractive to me because it is the root of so many purely incredible things. Anybody can pretend to be confident and confidence can open many doors for us to walk through, but courage requires character and creates foundation. Truth and vulnerability require courage. Forgiveness requires courage. My favorite thing in the world, LOVE, requires courage. .
